Adin Bradley was promoted to East Zone Vice President in October 2011 and oversees all East Zone operations, where he develops annual operating plans for the Zone, drive growth and increased market share, work closely with Zone Human Resources professionals to ensure full employment throughout the Zone, and focuses on compliance and risk management initiatives. Bradley was named Division General Manager for the Western New York in September 2008, leading all EMS service divisions, including the Communications Center and all Field Operations, as well as all business departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Education, Scheduling, Fleet, and General Administration. Prior to that position, he was Market General Manager for Western New York, with responsibility over all business departments. He joined Rural/Metro is 2006 as the division's Human Resources Manager. Prior to his tenure with Rural/Metro, Bradley was Human Resources Director for Community Health Center of Buffalo. Prior to that, he was employed in Human Resources at Catholic Health System and Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled.

As Market General Manager for Rural/Metro's Cleveland and Youngstown operations, Mr. Wrask provides direction and oversight of emergency and non-emergency patient transportation services for municipal customers, major hospitals and healthcare providers in Northeast Ohio.  A graduate of Youngstown State University with a degree in Allied Health, Mr. Wrask was awarded the EMS Star of Life Award by the American Ambulance Association in 1999, and has been honoured the Renee Cossett Award for Excellence in Field Internship in Paramedicine.  A member of the Main Street Chamber of Mahoning Valley, Mr. Wrask also serves on the Youngstown State University’s Paramedic Program Accreditation Committee.

As the Human Resources Generalist for Rural/Metro's Cleveland and Youngstown operations, Ms. Lavoie handles Human Resources, Scheduling and Payroll for the Cleveland operations, and Human Resources and Payroll for the Youngstown operations.  Ms. Lavoie started with Rural/Metro in 2002, quickly adding new responsibilities on both a local and regional level.
