Adin Bradley was promoted to East Zone Vice President in October 2011 and oversees all East Zone operations, where he develops annual operating plans for the Zone, drive growth and increased market share, work closely with Zone Human Resources professionals to ensure full employment throughout the Zone, and focuses on compliance and risk management initiatives. Bradley was named Division General Manager for the Western New York in September 2008, leading all EMS service divisions, including the Communications Center and all Field Operations, as well as all business departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Education, Scheduling, Fleet, and General Administration. Prior to that position, he was Market General Manager for Western New York, with responsibility over all business departments. He joined Rural/Metro is 2006 as the division's Human Resources Manager. Prior to his tenure with Rural/Metro, Bradley was Human Resources Director for Community Health Center of Buffalo. Prior to that, he was employed in Human Resources at Catholic Health System and Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled.

Jay Smith joined Rural/Metro in 2006 as the Public Affairs Manager. He is responsible for all public affairs, contracting, media, customer and public relations, and all marketing initiatives. Previously, he held various positions with the Amherst Chamber of Commerce, the American Heart Association, Assemblyman Dick Smith, and County Executive Dennis Gorski.
Jay received his BS in Political Science from UB, and belongs to the Public Relations Society of America, the United New York Ambulance Network, and sits on the Ski Scape Committee for Kids Escaping Drugs. He lives in Williamsville with his wife Sara and their two children, Brianna and Caden. When not at work, Jay enjoys running, hockey and golf.

Mike Addario joined Rural/Metro in 1988 as a Paramedic. In 1999, he was named Division General Manager and currently oversees all aspects of the six-county division of Rural/Metro. Mike is a respected and active leader in the Central New York community, serving as Past Chair of the American Heart Association Board of Directors, a member of the Leadership Greater Syracuse Board of Directors, and CNYREMSCO. He is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse and a 2001 recipient of a Syracuse 40 under 40 award. Mike maintains his Paramedic certification, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Bonfiglio is responsible for all aspects of Rural/Metro's operations in the Rochester Division. Tom assumed this leadership position in January of 2009 and brings more than 18 years of experience in emergency services to Rural/Metro.
Originally certified as an EMT in 1993, Tom is currently a certified paramedic and sits on the Monroe-Livingston Regional EMS Council, 911 Operating Practices Board and was recently elected to the Monroe-Livingston Regional Emergency Medical Advisory Committee.
Tom began his EMS career at National Ambulance and later joined Rural/Metro Rochester, where he served in various roles as an EMT, Paramedic, Emergency Medical Dispatcher and Operations Supervisor until 1999. He then spent the next 10 years living and working in South America, first as a Rural/Metro executive and later as an entrepreneur in diverse public safety roles in the fields of EMS, Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) and Aviation Safety/Security, working with and for companies and institutions such as Raytheon, Halliburton, British Gas, Petrobras, the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State and local militaries, police and public safety agencies in the region.
His experience includes stints in the countries of Argentina, where he managed an EMS agency in four cities; in Ecuador, where he worked on a project related to emergency services at a U.S. military installation; and Bolivia, South America's poorest nation, where he oversaw ARFF services in three international airports and founded the country's first professional EMS service in a city of 2 million people. Fluent in Spanish, Tom's education includes a bachelor's degree in Political Science from St. John Fisher College and overseas graduate studies in security, defense and terrorism. He has experience working in organizations guided by Business Process Management and Six Sigma.
Since his return to Rural/Metro Rochester, Tom has led the organization with a hands-on understanding of both administration and field operations, maintaining his paramedic certification and other EMS credentials such as Advanced HAZMAT Life Support and International Trauma Life Support.

As Division General Manager for Rural/Metro’s Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio, ambulance operations, Mr. White manages all operational, administrative, marketing, customer relations and financial aspects of our activities in the market. His EMS and public safety career includes 25 years in the public fire service prior to joining Rural/Metro in 1996 as the Company’s General Manager for Central Indiana operations. Mr. White also served as Division General Manager for Rural/Metro’s Central Ohio Division from 2001-2002.

As Division General Manager for Rural/Metro's Indiana operations, Mr. Gillespie provides direction and oversight of emergency and non-emergency patient transportation services for municipal customers, major hospitals and healthcare providers across Indiana. Mr. Gillespie began his career more than a dozen years ago ad a Fire Fighter EMT and worked as a training officer and supervisor while earning a degree in Business and Organizational Leadership at the University of Indianapolis. Mr. Gillespie joined Rural/Metro in 2010 after serving as the program manager for St. Vincent Critical Care Transport EMS.
